Excellent hotel for family with kids
The rooms in the hotel were big and clean. They had high arched ceilings, big openable windows and a big balcony. The rooms had separated bedrooms and a common room with a kitchen inside.
Even though the package included multiple restaurants in the price, the restaurant in the hotel was so good, that we always dined there and didn't feel the need to try out anything else. Our kids are usually very picky about breakfasts, but in this hotel's buffee they always finished everything. There were many options available.
The staff were very polite, always greeted us with a smile. The staff were very professional and during the vacation they learned what our preferences were and by the end of the vacation by the pool, in the billiards room and in the restaurants they already knew what to offer us. Especially I will thank Anna, in guest relations, who was always very helpful. She suggeted us with places to go and things to do.
We went there with our family of 6 and every time we went to the restaurant, when the staff saw us, they quickly moved to tables together so we could dine by a single table
The pool was clean. It was really private and calm. The local merchants from the city never came by the pool to offer boat cruises or safari drives. However whenever you were in search of those activities you could easily find someone who would show you the in the right direction.
