We’ve chosen the hotel for a family trip and as it was not very expensive we expected it to be just normal, but in fact it turned out to be the best hotel I’d stayed before. First of all the territory is extremely large, there are a lot of different buildings styled in an exquisite complex in Arabic style. All the territory abounds in greenery, exotic flowers, bushes, palms. What stroke me most is that everything is kept clean all day long. You can hardly see any litter dropped by a careless visitor. Secondly, the staff is extremely amiable, tolerant and tactful. They try to help you in any possible way. If you have a problem, like the phone is out of order or your card doesn’t work they will never leave your request without an answer. Starting with the staff who clean the rooms in a perfect way, barmen in the lobby to the administration at the reception, chief of the restaurant, a waiter whose name’s Ahmed, all of them tried to participate in making our holiday unforgettable. What is more, they speak different languages in a good way! My cousin who is from Italy could communicate in Italian with some of the waiters and administrators.

The sea is shallow but nice, there’s a place like a lagoon, free from corals. It’s a pity but there’s not as much fish in the sea as we expected. They say you can see fish if you visit a neighboring hotel’s pontoon which 15 minutes walk from our hotel since our pontoon is broken.

The rooms are typical standard rooms, nothing special, the furniture isn’t very new, but the rooms are cleaned with utmost care every day.

The food is varied and tasty. They have different kinds of meat, fish, sea food, special dishes for every evening.

Animation try to do their best, but in my opinion, this hotel lacks special shows like fakir show or cobra show etc.

Conclusion: I don’t like to visit the same hotel twice but I think this hotel is worth it!
