Отвратительное отношение к постоянным гостям

Хотела бы уточнить, почему такое отношение к постояльцам отвратительное? Забронировали номер в городе Рязань ( на имя Криворотов Игорь) за 1,5 недели, но какое было наше удивление, когда беременную на 7 месяце заселили в самый Дальний номер, так ещё и самый маленький! С ужасным видом, но с ценой, как и с номерами за отличный вид. Менять номер отказались. Откупились сертификатом в ресторан. Настроение полностью испорчено. Больше в ваш отель заезжать не планируем. Очень печально, что вы не клиентоориентированы и решили испортить о себе мнение и соответсвенно баллы на всех сайтах
