there is a guy Ramzan at the reception, who is a son of the owner of the hotel. He is presented there specifically to be rude to the guests and demonstrate his hurt ego. I’m saying hello to his father who will lose his business soon
Actually, it is not 5* hotel because
- filthy towels which have not been changed. That’s is disgusting
- staff don’t demonstrate any hospitality. They look like they hate their job too much and especially guests
- food is awful. The only watermelon is ok
