Проблемы начались при заселении

Номер был не убран, только заправлена кровать.

Пол грязный,пыльный, все горизонтальные поверхности в пятнах.

В номере не было горячей воды. Холодная вода с сильным запахом и вкусом хлорки,как в бассейне, невозможно почистить зубы.

На протяжении двух дней нам обещали исправить ситуацию, но ничего не было сделано.

Шведский стол скудный, еда не вкусная.

Обедали и ужинали в ресторанах, хотя приехали на «все включено»

На встрече с гидом от других туристов узнали, что такая ситуация у многих-у всех в номерах были какие-то поломки.

4 звезды здесь было лет 20 назад

Поберегите нервы, сделайте выбор в пользу другого отеля.
