Добрый день! Прежде всего отзыв направлен для руководства отеля , возможно отреагируют). Персонал отключает кондиционер намерено в самый жаркий период времени с 13 часов. Причина : очень жарко и для работы кондиционера это вредно) На просьбу предоставить вентиляторы -реакция хитрая улыбка и просто уходят , чтобы не решать проблему. Около 30 человек ожидали трансфер до аэропорта несколько часов в холле отеля , а менеджер ресепшн спрятался , чтобы не приставали с просьбами что-то предпринять.
