I came with my husband, mom and two kids, we occupied two rooms, but in the day of check in we were placed in two rooms which were far away from each other, it was awful, noone responded my asking for two near rooms because my kids should be near. Only next day when i met Dorothy and i understood that she is the only person there who cares.

I've got a butler, Tatiana, maybe due to her being overloaded she tried to be good, but unfortunately not satisfying for me.

I was very surprised with a talent of manager of restaurants Anil Tissera, he managed to be in all of the restaurants at one time, to organize the tables for me because my butler always missed my wishes and all the times tables reservation and service at the restaurants was perfect! Only thanks to Anil and Dorothy i felt the 5 star service.

Housekeeping is also nice, the guys speaks english and cleans everything fast and good.

I broke accidentally the ceramic bottle with hair conditioner and was badly surprised when while checking out the hotel put a receipt on me for this in the amount of 20 dollars. It is impossible for good and expensive 5 star hotel, i was upset and think that this is not good to have ceramic bottles in a shower where you can be harmed and it is not possible to use multiusage things while COVID-19 period

It was also strange for me to know that the general manager never meets the guests who want to talk about service issues.

While cheking out i've got to deal and control the bills because i was given the bills which were not mine and the amount of total receipt was increased artificially in twice.

The hotel should have a chat bot for guests because it is too old for management not to have a online bots and messengers

Dear Anna,

First of all we would like to thank you for your choice of Sun Siyam Iru Fushi and your time spent to leave the review!

I would like to send you the information that I have received due to the negative points mentioned in your comments:

1. Billing :We did not find any billing issue apart from one bill charged for lunch - guests had two lunches in one day and the system charged one lunch- that bill was removed at the time of check out.
2. Villa location : They booked 02 Villas however at the time of check in we didn’t have availability of the same category villas next to each other however the option was given on the second day and they happily moved to their preferred location.
3. They arrived at around 20.30hrs and needed a solution at the same time however we were not able to offer any solution for that night due to luck of availability of the villas.
4. Broken a amenity bottle : We have noted the amenity bottle charges which were placed on the guests bill and we apologies if the feeling was not right due to the placed charges.
Please Note:
We will soon change the ceramic bottle to a more safer material option.

We will be happy to see you among our guest again! Please note that Sun Siyam Resorts has loyalty programs for repeated guests.
