10 days stay and parties with friends
Visit with friends. We had a 10 day all inclusive stay. The cleanliness of the room is good, you just need to communicate with the staff and give instructions regullary, then all will be good. The staff is generally professional, responsive and friendly, especially the waiters and the entertainment team. It is not clear why the language skills and responsiveness of the reception staff were relatively lower than those of the other staff. There was a feeling that the security in the hotel was at a good level. Catering 6.5 / 10. During the 10-day stay, I started to get a little bothered by the food, you need to think about gluten-free and lactose-free options, for a 5 * hotel it would be appropriate request. The beauty salon, which I do not recommend, has received special criticism. But special raise and a big thank you to the funniest and favorite entertainment team with ZiZo at the forefront, they really took care of making our vacation an unforgettable adventure. Thank you for service, I would come back.
