Отель продаёт заведомо большее количество номеров чем у него есть на самом деле. По приезду туриста выясняется, что в отеле нет свободных месть и вместо первой линии предлагают переселение в отели находящиеся на второй линии. Туроператоры(Anex, Pegas и прочие) знают об этой ситуации и по факту ничего не предпринимают.
