Начнем с самого начала.Приехали в отель около 12,сказали подождать пол часа ,идти покушать и заселение в 14,мы так и сделали.В 14 часов нам отдали ключи со словами "это лучший номер",но уже подходя к номеру ,я поняла что мы идём в левое крыло-там номера малюсенькие,я только открыла номер-глянула в ванную комнату,закрыла и пошла на ресепшн менять номер.
