Бронировали данный отель для отдыха, но из за пандемии COVID-19 и закрытия воздушных границ Египта поездка не состоялась. Руководство отеля категорически отказалось возвращать деньги за проживание! Впереди судебные разбирательства с отелем!!!

Остались очень негативные впечатления от отеля!!! Не рекомендуем данный отель для отдыха!!! Найдите проверенный отель, где не обманывают туристов!!!

А мы бронировали этот отель на Островке с бесплатной отменой и нам все вернули в течение 3 дней! И сейчас думаем опять его взять!!!
