The administration of this hotel! your hotel is going full house! The staff at the reception are arrogant and do nothing, the waiters seemed to descend from the moon. The working staff does not clean the rooms, I asked to clean the room 5-6 times, but I heard only “okay!” The room has cockroaches, ants and all sorts of animals. pool categorically refused to clean. Water stinks, trash floats. I have been with you 4 times in 2 years. But, I have never seen such an attitude before. They cheat with wi-fi, disconnect before they should! And why is it generally paid if it is highlighted as free on your site? !!!! Take action !!
