Отель мошенник!!! через два месяца после пребывания сняли с карты 40 000 руб!!!!!

отдыхали в отеле Baan Kongdee Sunset Resort с 6 по 10 января 2020, все оплатили в отеле с карты. Не буду говорить о сервисе, обычная 3 ,

но 14 февраля с карты списали сумму в размере 40 000 руб. Карта была обязательным подтверждением брони на Booking.ru,

Когда начали разбираться, оказалось что деньги сняли за бронь с 30 декабря по 9 января , хотя было подтверждение о бесплатной отмене, отмена была аж 26 августа!!!!!! отель заявил что отмена брони была платной!!! ОТправили документальное подтверждение о БЕСПЛАТНОЙ отмене и факте мошеничества. В ответ молчание!!!!

Деньги не вернули, обман и лохотрон , будьте осторожны
