При заселении в душе на полу волосы,под кроватью старые журналы. Полы мыли 1 раз в неделю. Стены грязные. Завтраки жуткие. Мы попали на время шумихи вируса. Так нас последние два дня вообще не кормили. Мы проплатили все, а они съехали на дурака. Решить вопрос с администрацией отеля не получилось. Они типо нас не понимают. Сразу включают "дурака". Плохо. Отель еле тянет на 3
