Екатерина была в сентябре, в других отзывах и на гуглокартах люди фотки ноябрьские выложили, видно, что какое-то обустройство еще продолжается, газоны не засыпаны. Метрах в 200 появился пешеходный переход с лежачим полицейским. Вроде, ландшафтных работ не предвидится.
