Complaint
I’d like to leave a complaint about reception employee’s rude behavior. She was very arrogant and boorishly to me and didn’t bother to hear the problem. The incident happened on the 15th of August, 2019 approximately at 20 o’clock. The employee didn’t even tell her name by request.
