I put a few stars because of the children's animator Jelena,she avoided communication with children,always passed them,was sad.The children in the hotel were doing nothing they were very bored.Approached Alice and asked for help,the children's animator then passed by and did not greet always.It is a pity that when approached at the reception to Alice,the situation has not changed.The waiters at the restaurant were cool,they decorated our stay:)
