И скучно, и грустно, и некому руку подать

Совок он и есть совок. Да еще и ремонтируют здание одномоментно с находящимися там отдыхающими. Далеко от города, выселки, делать там нечего. Подходит, только ехать по путевке от собеса, задаром. Да и то есть намного лучше бюджетные санатории.
