Hello! Upon arrival at the Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi 04/06/2019, the category room overlooking the sea was blocked, as a result we were settled in a room that did not correspond to this category, and there was a disgusting attitude to service, the suitcases were not received after a couple hours in the room and ignored the moment of changing the number to the appropriate category. Such an attitude is not acceptable for the whole Centara hotel chain and this hotel!
