Good hotel, nut not 5*
The hotel is good but there is no repair, the staff works terribly. They always demand money for any service, even free. Alcohol is terribly diluted. Juice and coffee diluted too. There is no good coffee. The table setting is terrible, there is always dirt and debris. Room cleaners only sweep the floor, everything is dirty. Not tasty salads, there are too many of them, it would be easier to just chop vegetables. Unsanitary conditions in the kitchen. A nightmare. The beach is dirty, with stones and trash. Germans go to the toilet right on the beach. The attendants serve only the Germans, the Ukrainians for them is an empty place. Seen as animators go to their rooms in the basement. There are mice. That's horrible. I do not advise
