The worst service in Kemer, very bad relationship to people, very bad situation in all 6 household buildings. Every problem go unaddressed: towels without changes, dirt in rooms, ice-box or air conditioner does not work.
They want money if you do not want in 6 building- bit you pay for another one and here you become 1 km to the sea, 900 m if you want to eat, without balcon and clothes dryer! Only 300 Mb Wi-Fi.
Do not go in that hotel! Choose another one! Only people from Ukraine, Russia and Belarus live in 6 building.
Who give them 4 stars???
