My stay in Rixos bab al bahr was a 5 star experience. We arrived to the hotel and staff welcomed us with a warm smile they advised some drinks while waitting our room. Room was clean and with a great view.

The food option was an amazing, especially we loved a la cart restaurants.

The best part of the hotel is a Guest relations team. I would thank Nino, Maryna, Khatia, Meerim, Vusala, Anuj and manager Maryia for a great service and hospitality. These people are a true asset to this hotel always available, making sure that everything is to their guests satisfaction. Also special mention to all those who works in Rixy club, they are wonderful with children.
