I was really disappointed by the relation that was towards me and my family in your hotel.

We chose this hotel because believed the comments we saw in the internet. But the reality turned out to be not so good.

When we asked for ice to our room, dialed the room service, we were sent to the lobby bar. When we came to the lobby bar, the barman told us in a impolite way that we should buy vodka and in this case we would be given ice. When we came for ice for the second time there batsmen was even rude and talked to us in a very rude manner not giving us a chance to speakerphone.

We haven’t seen it anywhere else.

It is not the service of 4 star hotel.

Even the front office manager told us that they can not give ice to the guests as there are a lot of guests.

Is it normal that the guests are treated like this????

We have never met such rude staff in 4star hotels!
