хорошее расположение 100 метров до пляжа джомтьен .в 5 минутах ночной рынок ,спокойный район ,убираются каждый день,деньги и вещи не пропали .есть сейф и холодильник и тв жк. так же есть фен.персонал вежливый но плохоговорящий на всех языках кроме тайского(но это не помеха -они пользуются гугл переводчиками.есть терраса на 7 этаже
