Потрясающий отель, очень уютно, останавливалась в Балчуге раньше поэтому есть с чем сравнить. Единственная система кондиционирования меня напрягала, она гудела сильно, мне было холодно но её нельзя ввключить только у меня в номере и хамка на ресепшене очень была мною не довольна и разговаривала со мной как с холопом, хотя мы жили не в стандарте а в дорогом номере.... я конечно была в шоке... но я очень довольна.... и даже в октябре была там второй раз.... приличные завтраки... всё рядом.... рекомендую
