ЭТО НЕ ТУРЦИЯ,ЭТО-БЕРДЯНСК!!!!!

НЕСКОЛЬКО РАЗ ОТДЫХАЛ В СИДЕ...В ОТЕЛЯХ 3*,4*,5*, НО НИГДЕ ТАКОГО УЖАСА,КАК В ЭТО ОТЕЛЕ НЕ ВСТРЕЧАЛ...МОЖЕТ В АЛАНИИ ЭТО НОРМАЛЬНО?..НЕ ЗНАЮ..ЭТОТ ОТЕЛЬ НЕ ТЯНЕТ ДАЖЕ НА 4*..В НОМЕРЕ НЕ БЫЛО ТАПОЧЕК,ШАМПУНЯ,МЫЛА..НИЧЕГО, НОМЕР ПЛОХО УБРАН....НА КУХНЕ ВОНЯЕТ....ЕДА СКУДНАЯ....НО,САМОЕ ГЛАВНОЕ-УЖАСНОЕ ОТНОШЕНИЕ ПЕРСОНАЛА К ОТДЫХАЮЩИМ..У НАС РЕАЛЬНО ОФИЦИАНТ ВЫРЫВАЛ У МЕНЯ ТАРЕЛКУ ИЗ РУК С ЕДОЙ.ТК *УЖЕ ВРЕМЯ УЖИНА ПРОШЛО*.ПРИШЛОСЬ ОБЪЯСНЯТЬ ГЛАВНОМУ МЕНЕДЖЕРУ,ЧТО ТАКОЕ СЕРВИС И КЛИЕНТ.....И ВООБЩЕ, ПЕРСОНАЛ ОЧЕНЬ ВЫСОКОМЕРНЫЙ..СТОЛЫ НА УЛИЦЕ В ПЫЛИ, ГРЯЗНЮЧИЕ ПЕПЕЛЬНИЦЫ , СОКОВ ВООБЩЕ НЕБЫЛО,ВМЕСТО КОФЕ-ВОДА ИЗ АППАРАТА, НИКАКОГО МОРОЖЕНОГО ТД..ЭТО БЕРДЯНСК..Я ДАЖЕ НЕ ЗНАЛ,ЧТО В ТУРЦИИ ТАК БЫВАЕТ! ЭТО ПИПЕЦ !! КТО ДАЛ ЭТОМУ ОТЕЛЮ 5*?
