5 звёзд они себе зря повесили, но на 4 тянут. Из минусов: в отеле нет бутилированной воды, система всё включено,но если хочешь пить в номере-иди и покупай в магазине( мини-бар пуст). Посуда не всегда чистая в столовке. Вай фай( как они говорят только у айфонов такое) проблемный, вылетает всё время, за что заплатил-не понял. Из плюсов- огромный шикарный номер, персонал отзывчивый,улыбчивый и тд
