Dear tourists, never apply to be accommodated in this hotel. My family bought the trip ticket 3 weeks before vacation. But one day before the flight we received a call that there is no available rooms and they will try to accommodate us somewhere else. I don't know whom to blame the hotel or the tour operator CORAL TRAVEL, but the result is the same - the ruined plans, and spoiled vacation. We planned vacation together with our friends from another city, but they appeared in the same situation - no rooms available. Money for the trip ticket is possible to return - but no information about term. It seems as the hotel confirms the rooms to all interested people, and at the end just say sorry, you can try something else. I dont recommend this hotel as it doesn't care about their guests at all. NEVER even try to be their guest, or you can find yourself in a very unpleasant and unpredictable situation.
