bad food, unfriendly staff, unwilling to help, did not greet anytime. manager totaly unfriendly, only one chef at the restaurant was great!

  • all inclusive that was horrible

  • hotel manager
  • stinky water sauwage
  • thin walls
  • unfriendly staff
  • animation team did not work at all
  • no one spoke english
  • no toilet paper for 3 days in lobby toilets
