we loved evrrything about the place and hotel. our only niggle was that a couple of people decided to smokeon the dining balcony and as there was a no smoking sign leading into dining hall itshould be made clearer that there is no smoking in dining area. apartfrom that the hotel, staff and bali bay are ten out of ten
