Купили тур от Анекс тур, бронировали номер deluxe (описание номера у оператора deluxe / premium (28 кв.м, кровать twin, макс.2+1чел, софа, балкон, часть номеров -с видом на пустырь/море вдалеке (с верхних этажей), часть номеров-с видом на улицу/горы) , а нас заселили в сарай в 16 кв.м, везде грязь, кондиционер бежит) Звонили отельному гиду, а нам говорят вот такой у нас deluxe, нормальные номера освободятся только 14.03. Почему мы должны жить в сарае и ждать свой номер, слезы на глазах от этого бреда. Нет у вас номеров deluxe, так не продавайте. Не рекомендуем данный отель
