Best staff ever!
Extremely helpful team! My parents were staying in this hotel from 14th to 16th of February, and my mother had Birthday. I wanted to make a surprise ( fruits and champagne delivery early in the morning), but I couldn't imagine that you can create so beautiful composition!!! Thank you very much , especially Anna and Markus (Front Office Team). You helped me to organize the birthday present and my mother even cried! :) Touching birthday card, champagne, ice basket, fruits - everything was perfect!! Fruit plate was complimentary, so I had to pay only for Champagne - I appreciate for that !!!! Thank you so much! Hope to stay in your hotel some day. You are the best team! :)
