The hotel is beautiful no doubt! An excellent place to relax in. It loses points for utterly bland insipid food and for their staff! I wanted to measure my temperature, when I came to a guest relations assistant, she told me that I had to pay 60 $!!!! Is that possible in a five-star hotel???? They are supposed to have a first aid kit. BUT!!!!!! if you have any problems you may go to KANCHANA as she will definitely help you, she is the only person who wants to help you!!!
