отель не плохой уютный чистый, а вот персонал...

отель не плохой уютный чистый, а вот персонал ужасный.особенно на ресепшене есть такая - Мелисса,,кстати одна рускоязычная,но такая хамка.В кафе стоят на завтраке как надзиратели,чтоб никто ничего не взял,бассейн закрывается в семь,номера ждали очень долго.приехали в 12.00 расселили только в три.
