1) Rooms - small, but good. Air conditioner is right over your head which is not cool at all.

2) Food - For 7 days - just one time baklava. There was no sea food, only some river fish (mackerel or something like this). The meat was not very delicious. There was a lot of dessert - but all of them with the same flavor. The salads were very good. The fruits was not good at all. For sure the quality of food and snacks are most likely 3 or 4 start hotel, not 5* UAL! Moreover it is UAL, but only local drinks included (no whiskey).

3) Staff - receptionists were polite, but the people at bars.. well most of them were rude and of course does not know English. They used to speak only Turkish and some Russian.

4) Animation - that was the great part! For sure this Animation team is great. Maybe they are the reason for the good holiday! Very good performance!

5) Wi-Fi - you have to wait 2 days to connect and you cannot open anything during the day. If you need Wi-Fi for business - forget!

7) Guests - a lot of Russians, that is why all the staff speaks Russian. If you do not speak Russian, it would be very hard for you :)

8) Holidays - all the holidays which you can buy are guided on Turkish and Russian.. so once again big failure.

I have expected much more for a 5* hotel and Ultra all inclusive.
