It was the most awful experience me and my husband had... unfortunately on our honeymoon!

It happens, you know once in life, you believe you’ve chosen the best agency and it turns out that the agency is interested until you transfer the money. Everybody Prague Experience knew we wanted to stay in a double room with kind-size bed and finally we have been accomodated in a double room with two separate beds...we have informed the owner of the hotel - Central Hotel 3* Prague but she was not interested and told us we can go and pay for another hotel...if any. Then she called Prague Experience and asked for help but nobody was really willing to help us. Finally we went to another hotel taking the risk to ruin our honeymoon, paid additionally not only for the hotel, but for transport and telephone expenses. Everybody, if you are really caring about your trip, DO NOT CHOOSE Prague Experience and Central Hotel 3* Prague.
