Самый убогий отель который мы видели.

Были в данном отеле в конце июля начале августа 2023. Заселили со взрослым сыном в 4 корпус последний этаж. Зашли и обалдели- это скворечник! Потолок скошен как на чердаке, номер убитый до ужаса и ещё двуспальная кровать. Господа , Вы куда смотрите при заселении. И на наше недоумение ответ- номеров свободных нет. Окраина улицу-шум бесконечно.Раздвигали в ночи кровати. На утро пошли просить...

Начиная с самолёта: опоздал на час, не было даже бесплатной воды в самолёте.
В отеле питьевую воду не предоставляют - только за деньги в магазине, чайника в номере нет, постельные принадлежности поменяли один раз, выдали одно маленькое мыло и 50 грамм шампуня примерно и всё, остальное за деньги в магазине. На просьбу предоставить и даже за бакшиш не выдали. На пляж идти минут 5-10 через...

Самый ужасный отдых!

Отдыхали в Турции в разных отелях, более 11раз, но такого ужасного отеля никогда не было!! Мы понимали, что едем в 4, хотя Туроператор позиционировал этот отель как пятерку. CASA GELIDONYA

Самый ужасный отдых!

Отвратительный отель по всем категориям. Мерзкий персонал на баре около большого бассейна, не весь персонал, а конкретно Emin и Mehmed, такого хамского отношения я не встречала ни в одном отеле Турции. Слабая анимация, большие очереди в бар, к кофемашине, за мясом, в снекбар, за мороженым. Редко меняют постельное белье, полотенца. Плохая мебель для вещей, мало полок. В коридоре вообще нет мебели. В душе нет полок для принадлежностей. Необходимо больше развлечений, дискотека идет от силы минут 20. Лежаки у бассейна занимают ещё до завтрака и уходят. Народу в бассейне нет, а лежаки заняты....

Однозначно не рекомендую этот отель,особенно за ту стоимость,которую сейчас выставляют……Максимум вполовину должен быть дешевле
Прилетели с семьей 8.07.2023 из-за задержки с багажом,приехали после 21.00 в отель-разрешили перекусить,но очень скромно.Далее наши приключения начались:Заселяют в 4 корпус(самый дальний и самый старый(впрочем,как и обстановка в номере)…..Лифт отсутствует,номер на 3...

Найжахливіший готель!!!

У номері 3413 були блохи!!! Міняти номер нам не хотіли, навіть після того як ми принесли їм в стаканчику на рецепшн показати та відвели в номер , щоб подивились!!!
Тільки після того як подзвонили до свого туроператора і зробили трохи скандалу, аж тоді перевели нас в інший номер!!

Отдыхали в июне 2023г, семьёй 5 человек.
Брали 3 номера, нормальный был только один, остальные не очень, даже подсунули вместо стандартного номера один эконом.
Ладно давайте по порядку:

После второго приезда - не рекомендую

Честно говоря не понимаю откуда у отеля такие плохие отзывы - это хороший отель.
Дополнение , после посещения отеля второй раз - теперь понимаю откуда такие плохие отзывы

Отель встал на путь исправления, но...

Буквально пару дней назад вернулись из этого отеля, поэтому пишу отзыв по свежим следам.

Кому лень читать - см. плюсы и минусы. И вывод в конце отзыва.

Летели из Нижнего Новгорода, турецкий перевозчик Corendon Airlines , в пути 4 ч 45 мин. В самолете все платное - даже вода. Запасайтесь заранее.

Очень долгий отзыв.

Вчера приехала из этого отеля. Отзыв будет очень большим, чтобы было понятно, что мне не понравилось. Оговорюсь, перед поездкой я читала все негативные отзывы и думала, что люди придираются ( взяла с собой хлорку в таблетках и отраву от тараканов на всякий случай), нет не придираются. Приехали мы рано утром, но заселили нас в 14:00, и до заселения не подключали нам вай-фай (а он здесь только...

Отличный отдых в Гелидонии

Приехали мы в Гелидонию очень, очень поздно. На рецепшине нас встретил очень улыбчивый и дружелюбный сотрудник отеля. С номером нам очень повезло, вид из номера шикарный, о таком только оставалось мечтать. Номер 2207.
Прогулка до пляжа Гелидоньи оставляет желать лучшего, но лучше смотреть на горы, когда возвращаешься с пляжа. Вход в море галька.
Питание: не были голодными, на ужине...

Отличный отдых!

Спасибо большое персоналу отеля за отличный отдых! Погода радовала солнышком, море не много прохладное, находится через дорогу от отеля, идти примерно мин 5-7 смотря как идти)) лежаков хватало всем, бара нет. Не советую-точно не 4*

Непонятно откуда такой высокий рейтинг. Отель не тянет на 4*. Основные минусы: номер был не подготовлен к заселению, отдыхали парами, у всех в номере стояли раздельные односпальные кровати, которые потом просто сдвинули, когда мы обратились на рессепшен, кроме того постельное белье в нашем номере было грязным, пришлось менять номер.
Этот пляж не может называться собственным пляжем и так...
