Lims Bona Dea Beach Hotel 4*

The hotel has a very good position by the beach. The building itself is nice, good decoration. The rooms are solid and only very few of them have viev to the beach and the rest are watching towards armas or palmet resort hotels (face to face with them on both sides.

The check in was somehow weird... i had reservation from booking.com, but at my arival on site, the staff at the reception were somehow confused and seemed like they have no idea about my reservation. Told us to wait at the loby, called the manager and gave us the room. In my case, in May, the hotel was not overfull. Maybe in the highest season time with no rooms avaliable we would sleep with the staff for night or twoo :).

RECEPTION

The people at the reception dont give you very good impresion, but maybe only because they speak only turkish and russian ( in english you will hear yes and thank you, but make sure that they understood what you want), and in english or german (i speak both) "no komprendre".

Summary: at the reception they need to have someone who smiles littlebit more, speaks english, german and russian, and shows little bit more engagement.

KITCHEN

I have prity sensitive stomak, and during the 10 days of my stay, I had no complains. the variety of the food served is satisfying... have their ups and downs and they come up with some supruse ( grilled kebap, grilled fish, grilled chicken steak and so one).

Maybe some times the cook will watch you weird, if you make your plate full with grilled meat, dont pay attention.

Summary: good and interesting.

PROVIDING INFORMATION:

They provide you with ZERO INFORMATION about their service in the Hotel and the prices. They have laundry service, there is sauna turkish bath with masage, spa.... and in the room there is no price list, or explanation what is in all inclusive, what have to be payed for and how much ( you have to explore it by your self)

ANIMATORS:

There are few animators, teaking care of animating you (sometimes beeing anoying :)). To my opinion only 2 animators for the adoults are notenough, as they get tired after beeing 24 hours on" watch" with only one day a week free... you start to see they hate you as a tourist, dont want to see you but have to smile and bee nice ( i understand them). They need to hire at least 2 more animators and not overburn Stefka and Deniz.

There is allso one animator for the kids. she semed nice and taking in consideration that i have no kids, I can't evaluate on her :)

They give they best and organize interesting events 3-4 times a week.

The dayli program: Dart playing ping-ping, someting with rope and ball ... ar quite ok, only the motivation is missing ( they dont give some symbolic price to the participants) except the one coctail the wwry last winner...

Summary: Animation program is Ok, and he yeal little les (cann get annoying).
