Я в тайланде был в пятый раз. последние 3 раза как самостятельный путешественник. это худшее из того что я видел единственная причина по которой я взял этот отэль было то что цена отдельно билетов получалась такая же как и цена тура в этот отэль. ночевал 2 ночи и уехал на пхукет вернулся за сутки до вылета россию. все плохое то что написано в отзывах абсолютная правда. хорошие отзывы пишут турагенства им ведь нужно продавать путевки! не вздумайте туда ехать с маленькими детьми. советую немного заплатить больше и взять другой отель если вы летите с туроператором, не портите себе отпуск!!!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This Hotel is absolutely disgusting and rude. When we got to our room we were willing to overlook the rudeness and the filth and the fact that the WIFI was "out of service" because it was only for one night. But once we realized the air conditioning didn't work we were not willing to over look that. Oh not to mention there are mosquitos everywhere . When I went down stairs to ask about the air conditioning I was met with hostility and rudeness. After the "technician" fixed it it still didn't work. They made me feel extremely uncomfortable and no one should ever stay here. The site made me pick a recommendation for the hotel but I recommend nothing. i'm a simple person, i never complain and this is my 1st time. bad staff training where staff have absolutely no idea what they're doing. hotel smells bad. water isn't hot at all, i wasn't able to take shower. drinking water bottles were hotel-self-filled. where you can find rusted residue inside the bottle.If you are a poor russian or chineese, you might like this hotel. It is too far from everything, and taxi/tuk-tuk is a very big problem. The breakfast was horrible, always cold and uneteable. Around this hotel, everything was on russian. Stay away from this hotel!!! you will find better hotels closer to everything all around.
