SUNRISE Mamlouk Palace Resort 5*

Welcome to arabian fairytale - SENTIDO Mamlouk Palace! A great hotel of high class with a welcoming staff, lovely location and mesmerizing interior & exterior designs in a very much traditional Eastern style. It is a Palace indeed! Wish we had more than one week of holidays there.

Standard rooms are really big, airy and cozy. Balcony was a place for a fine relax with a coctail and outside music from the pool bar area. AC and safe box worked fine and were easy in operating. Don't worry, russian TV channel worked fine too!! Bathroom as my favourite place was a pleasure to take a relaxing shower or to do evening make up. And all the time housekeeper was making our room very nice and clean place to stay with fresh towels and anything else needed everyday.

Apart from the main restaurant there's 4 a-la-carte restaurants that we could try once each for free and we managed to visit 3 of them: Mexican cuisine EL PASO restaurant was the best for us, as far as we like spicy food, Eastern cuisine Gamila restaurant was good too with its juicy grilled meat and nice waterpipe or shisha as they call it (by the way costing just 30 egyptian pounds-that is less than 5 bucks), Asian restaurant had lovely interior design and looked very popular, so we even made friends in there that evening. Italian La tratoria - with a magnificent exterior design was fully booked so we didn't have a chance to visit it, but we heard from other guests that they had very tasty pizza! Main restaurant and snacks at the bars were always excellent! Seafood, huge variety of meat dishes (turkey, duck, beef, chicken, lamb) and different fish dishes were so yummy and fresh and far more than enough! Fruits we ate a lot: pomegranates, guavas, oranges, dates, grapefruits, melons, apples, tangerines. Gosh, mango and guava juices were the best of the best, so coctails were just superb! My own choice was Jamaica and Pina Colada (I like light ones), and rose wine forever!!!

Every person of the hotel staff, that we met, was very friendly, smiling, helpful! Representative of the concierge holidays service gave us a courtesy call to find out how our holidays were going and how we liked the hotel in general. Tour Operatour ANEX TOUR was taking care of anything we might need by consulting us as new coming guests while meeting with our guide, who gave lots of necessary advises. Everyone knows all the info about hotel, its facilities, areas, operating hours and nearby to the hotel surroundings. Senses SPA center is very cozy and modern.

Our animation team is THE BEST with definitely their leader animator OBAMA! All evening shows were unique and capturing! I loved such activities as aerobics and latino dances, so now I know how to dance salsa and bachata; one could learn belly dance too, but I was exactly focused on latina. I was on vacation with my father, so he was constantly involved in bocha game twice a day everyday!!! Our ukrainian Nadia animator is very active and cool, go girl, show 'em!!!

SENTIDO Mamlouk Palace has a linked neighbour - Sunrise Select Garden Beach Resort. It was so cool experience to enjoy vacation at two hotels at the same time! And close to the hotel is SENZO mall with lots of nice staff inside and outside(including KFC, McDonald's, cafes, hypermarket, many cloths shops, souvenir shops). At the beach there's a pier, very beautiful and so much romantic place especially while evenings.
