The general attitude is corresponding to the category level (hotel, service and restraraunt).

Please take into consideration that during auerveda massage you shoud be careull with signing any recietes - you can be charged twice. It is impossible to prove that you have already paid. Please keep in mind that receptionists and managers are on the side of hotel staff - not their guests in such situation.
