ZYA Regina Resort & Aqua Park Hurghada 4*

Hello! I would like to share my feedback! We was with husband at the Royal Regina recently, and we believe that the hotel is one of the most hospitable on the Red Sea in general :) Of course, not at all hotels have visited, but the ones that were just inferior, and some of them was 5 stars. And it is not even in the level of stars, its emotions about hospitality and approach. In Regina we were before, in 2010 and 2011 year. I can say that the changes are. I know that the hotel was a difficult situation because of the change of the authorities, and in this period reviews were terrible, but now you can breathe easy, the hotel is clearly out of the crisis and went on the mend :) All is for the best! I love the hotel beach, this hotel is cozy and spacious, friendly staff, a bar on the beach, by the way there is a delicious pizza and sandwiches :) Quite often did not go to lunch at a restaurant, and eat right by the sea :) loved the restaurant, by the way, the level was significantly higher . And prepare delicious. None of the hotels in Egypt we are not to eat so good. I do not understand the reviews of some visitors. Yes, hotels of 5 * wider choice of cuisine, but to choose and there is nothing to eat tasty ... all the same, it is dry, it's fat, but sour, and everything is always delicious. In Regina we have always been satisfied and happy.

Did not like the work of reception... For staff would like to wish a little more positive and development. You are there to help make holiday guests better, not to swear to you :)

Room still was normal, we just spent the night there, so no special attention to this attach, it was quite comfortable, everything worked. The territory is green, bright and clean. Nicely. Animators do their thing.

In general, I can say - the hotel deserves its positive recommendation is for sure! We wish Regina quickly recover from all the revolutionary upheavals and delight us with their warmth and hospitality, more and more. THANKS FOR OUR ROYAL HOLIDAY
