Hotel is close to the central bus station, 15 minutes to sea by feet. There is shuttle bus to the city center and aqarium (which is close to another beaches), but it goes not regulary. Not many rooms have balconies and sea view. Swimming pool not heating in winter. Resataraunt is good and hotel working on "all inclusive" system, which is rare in Eilat and very helpfull, minding prices for food in Israil.
