General

The hotel is located about 25 km from Bodrum city center in let's say, totally secluded cove, with a lake character.

From the outside you can not see that this hotel over 20 years old ■ Avoid installation in the lobby was a certain designer Charakter.There was no welcomecocktail it dont need it in a only 5 star hotel))

The check in was ok so far, the lady at the reception was tried to talk by a little German and english.The rest of the reception staff knew little English and was quite ignorant .

The Guest Relations understood and spoke no English.

Our room in the main house was renovated Spartan,for a double room in a five star hotel absolutely too small, you could not fall over.

The bathroom was nice at first sight and small, the shower was already the Hammer(a NO GO!!!).see the images))

I have seen many hotels, but this shower without getting any words.For request to get a another room I was told that all so like this one i have,lol.Exept in the new building, but this building was closed,because the season finish they told me))

By the way I found out that this hotel mid-October will be closed.This makes me to understand that the management now not took any action concerning the complains at all and everything get down and less overthere.

As a AI 5 stars hotel the offer not even the simple cocktails without payment extra in the AI system.The cocktails of the non alcoholic are inclusive and were totally inedible.

The nationalities were mixed, at most 20% utilization.

Location

The so-called sand beach was coarse sand to the water line, and then pointed hard small stones.Without slippers there nothing going at all.

Ride to the airport in about 30 Bodrum city ca.25km far.

They offer a shuttle bus, it costs just 5 TL per person, but there is also sometimes simply changed the schedule,without you as a guest get informed about,then the costs for a Taxi: are 45 €.

Service WHAT IS THIS???

Upon entering the main restaurants, we always greeted friendly, but somehow there was cramped, the staff was totally angry looking.Not a good morning and no one like they walked as goasts!!!No smile,no service to serve drinks.The motto was like, come, drink, and eat and go! !

really great 5 star service.

As there were three different varieties juices, water chemical mixture cherry, peach or orange ... pfuiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii .... it was not a single drink in Tetra.Exept the milk))

The so-called 3 specialty restaurants, lol ... a patio restaurant in the fun pool, with three different Names.Ok we wanted to book there, grinning hough closed, it was closed.Season too cold to sitt outside....finish!we had during this time in the evening by the way 22.c))

Provisionally it was allowed to take this incredible meal at the Kids Corner (almost all taken from the buffet at least,so it was very special lol...smile) .

No candle or a nice table decoration, we sitt on hard woodchairs without pillow!.A really incredible a la carte dining experience.

Dealing with complaints:

I had a meeting with the Generalmanager.Und therefore to the question why he like to have so rude staff the not was smile to the guestsd, he said to me.Ist normal, they need to go to holiday; more.... I do not think I need to write .

Hello? I also need holidays and I truly pay over thousand € for a week.If a manager thinks so forget about him and his hotel.

Gastronomy

Food was not bad, but there were an incredible number of wasps that had been stabbed once .Also look carefully what you put into your mouth durin your meal.

Especially the jam pots, the dessert and the sausage and cheese there was a lot of them.

Breakfast had up to 11 clock that I found personally this very nice, but the staff was very diligent in clear 20min. before 11 a clock ((

Staff was real not nice looking or educatet by english language.

We made reservations for Saturday night for a a la carte dinner, it should then take place in the mainrestaurant.

Most of the bars was sometimes closed,and if you stand in front its tooks a long time to get a staff he give you your drink there.

In the Kids Corner was then the a la carte dinner with wooden chairs with no cushions, no candles on the table and the menu had been partly taken from the buffet grin ... lol .. still you have any questions?

Sports Entertainment

The sand beach was hard sand till the beginning of the sea,then hard small stones.

There is a small way to a supermarket nearby,only during the day you can go, there is no street lighting at night after the hotel in operation.

All pools were freezing cold and should be cleaned again.Sunbeds were prepared in accordance with number of guests, conditions were provided on a couch the rest of you doing it yourself))

Room

Rooms in the main house, fully-functional, very small, with mini balcony, situated by hard and unconfortable matraze.Und a bath you get schocked.But beautiful sea view.

The keycard will no longer works every 2 days, there is normal)) safe in the room is ok, a small flat with no functioning Program.Minibar always filled with some soft drinks.

Telfon in the room, wake up service usually does not work.

Tips and recommendations

The spa is totally overpriced, trade Murat.I recommend this hotel more limited, price performance are not ok((. It could be a real paradise, but with such a management attitude ... never again for me thank you))
