Orange County Kemer 5*

I stayed in Orange county from June 28 till July 9, 2011. In general I liked the hotel. There were some problems with the accommodation when we arrived: I came with my husband and we were proposed a room without any terrace with two single beds instead of French one. After one hour of negotiations with reception employees we were proposed to pay extra 120 USD for the room with terrace and a french bed. The meals and hotel service were good. I liked the evening entertaining programmes. Every day we had a new program and new dancers/actors/animators came to the hotel to entertain guests. The disco is the best that I have seen in Turkey: good dancers, decorations, music. I would also like to thank Volkan Sonmez (hotel manager) for perfect resolving of different issued which arose during our stay. He helped every guests one by one and he is a great manager. All staff is always helpful and with smile faces. A la carte restaurants are very clean and service is amazing. In this hotel you we were never hungry because there is available food during 24 hours. I give 4+ for this hotel and look forward to my next stay there.
