Nice hotel with great potential, though minor improvements could enhance the experience. We spent 10 nights here and were generally satisfied—comfortable rooms, tasty food, and a pleasant atmosphere. Our child especially enjoyed the kids' club, which had good animators and fun, engaging entertainment. The team organized creative activities, games, and mini-disco evenings, keeping the little ones happily occupied. It was a big plus for our family vacation!

That said, a few small issues kept the stay from being perfect. The beach area was clean but could benefit from a larger space and softer sand—though this is subjective. Sunbeds were available, though they got crowded during peak hours.

Dining service was decent, but waiters occasionally seemed overworked. Tables weren’t always cleared quickly, and we sometimes received dirty dishes. Staff also rarely offered drinks proactively, so we had to ask.

Despite these minor flaws, the hotel delivered a positive experience overall—friendly staff, good pools, and solid entertainment. With slight improvements in service efficiency and attention to detail, it could be truly excellent. We’d consider returning, especially thanks to the great kids' club!
