Good but not perfekt
Concierge Ahmed very good, owsome. Very helpfull guy, he help us few times. People on the restaurant very nice, on the bars, on the Beach really nice. Disapoiting was when after 5 holidays here we can not make layer check out, we wait 11 hours for transfer i the hotel with out bransolete. Another people get some vouchers, informations but we dont get it. Im sorry we left so mamy tips and bring here friends but this Time Im angry for that. All 5 stars are for people which work everyday with client.
