If you are looking for a hotel with bedbugs and unbearable noise from construction - you should go to Sunrise Beach
The staff refused to resolve the issue with the room (it is impossible to be there due to the ongoing construction). The photo shows a view from the room directly onto the construction site, we were disappointed. It is impossible to sleep during the day, the workers are constantly drilling grooves into the walls with a hammer drill.
The rooms are damp, so bedbugs are frequent guests here.
