Our stay there (shortened up by the hotel condition) was a complete disaster. We booked through a well-known platform and what you see there is nowhere close to reality.

The general overview:

- the hotel lobby looks that it has been designed (and kept) from the 70s

- the access to the hotel has to be made on foot (imagine carrying 3 suitcases, 1 stroller, 1 baby from the street, not pleasant)

- the restaurant terrace was dirty at 7AM

- the access to our room was only by stairs as... "the elevator does not stops at that floor"

- we could literally see through the closed door all the people passing by as the door had a gap that you could fit your fingers through

- the room was... cannot describe it honestly as it looked like a utility room, something made up over night, not sure

- the bathroom had a strong damp smell and extremely dirty

- in the booking it said balcony, well... we haven't seen one

In a nutshell a total disaster, we booked a 5 days stay, but had to run after less than 10h as I could not have my family staying in that hotel for more.

We spoke with the management at the time of the arrival and they said that they will arrange something for us, but when my wife went to reception to ask for food and expressed her dissatisfaction the manager said that if we are not happy we can leave the next day.

Oh, and don't get me started on the fact that we stayed 10h and I was charged for 2 nights even though at the reception they assured me that only one night will be charged as I am leaving due to unsatisfactory conditions.
