Horror in a word, yesterday just before the flight I discovered that my jacket was missing, it wasn’t cheap at all, I went to the reception and tried to explain everything, the guy came out to me and said he didn’t know anything, couldn’t help and wanted to sleep, but there were cameras there too, they could I would say that they will find out, but no, I wrote them an email, a WhatsApp chat, no one answers.
The most important thing is that the jacket was actually stolen, no matter what they say, the day before departure there was information hanging at the reception, they knew that we would leave at 5 am
I’m already silent about the dirty rooms where they only changed the towels in five days
